'Snowman Jack'ie' at Visible Image

Hi Guys :)
How y'all doing?
It's 'Soozie Tooseday' once again here at the fantabulous
Visible Image

I feel a little bit Christmassy so I made a feminine creation.....
Meet Jack'ie' :) Snowman Jacks lady friend ;)
How cute is he/she? .....and at only £6.99!!

I LOVE HIM <3

To begin my creation I sprayed some funky fuchsia dylusion ink onto some watercolour card and when dry I dripped some white linen dylusion ink on randomly to give a snowy effect.

I heat embossed Snowman Jack in bright white wow and coloured in with my promarkers in pink and baby blues to create a girly look (hence Jack'ie') and fussy cut her out.
Using the Winter tree £6.00, speckled background £5.00 and birds from the
Free your imagination set £12.99 stamp all heat embossed again in wow bright white.
I added some  bling (clear flat backed gems) on Jack'ie' and in the sky and some diamond stickles to the trees and snowy ground, just for some extra sparkle.
Jack'ie' was added with tiny foam stickers to give added dimension.
To finish I layered onto white card and blue mirror board

I hope you like her :)
Jack does ;)

My Visible Image creation for Creative Stamping magazine!

Hi Guys :)

It's 'Soozie Tooseday' and I'm proud to share my third publication for the
AWESOME Visible Image with you :D
In the 'Creative Stamping' magazine

Myself and 4 of my fellow DT were given which stamps we had to use and luckily I got one of my FAVES! Whoop whoop :)
Thank you Mark and Helen for this opportunity, I LOVE working with your stamps, they're awesome as are you two xxx

Flower INKognito  £6
LOVE IT!
I wanted to achieve an autumnal feel so I used warm inks, golds and coppers.
I've been a bit lazy and the full instructions on how to make are at the bottom on the picture out of the magazine!

The fab sentiment is Imperfection is beauty £4 only!

A close-up of the gold frontage.

Unfortunately their picture didn't bring the best out of my creation, making it rather faded and dull
:(.....but I'm still chuffed I have another publication :D

Now it did take 30 minutes to make but that was me motoring at top speed, I thought it had to be a creation made in 30 minutes, but I must of misread that as my teamies had more time.

How to make & materials used.......

Stamps used are........

Visible Image Flower INKognito stamp

Visible Image Imperfection Is Beauty stamp

Our November challenge is.....
so get creating and hopefully win £20 of stamps of your choice.
We love to see what you make, so enter via your blog or via our Facebook page, just mention its for the challenge, Good luck :)

Favourite Visible Image Stamps - November Challenge

Hi Guys :)

New month means a new challenge here at
&
It's a toughie.........Choose your favourite Visible Image Stamps?!?!?!
How hard a task is that.....there's sooooo many beauties!!!

I have LOTS of Favourites but currently I can't stop using
Flower INKognito at the awesome price of only £6.00!
& another firm fave is the Inky script from the Revolution Set.
I also used a couple more lush stamps which I will come to later on.
LOVE THEM :D

So for my creation this month I got an 11 x 11cm MDF box, gave it a coat of gesso, once dry I gave it a couple of coats of peacock cosmic shimmer acrylic paint, a beautiful blue with a gorgeous shimmer, once this was dry.......I set too with my stamps :)

Along with my versamark pad, some wow copper pearl embossing powder

For the top I used flower INKognito and its stem which makes an awesome border, because the box is hard it was simple to heat emboss on :)

For the sides of the boxes I used the inky script from the Revolution set and the flowers on the side is the flower from one of my fave sets in the 'More than words' rang, the..........

Happy Birthday
It goes perfectly with Flower INKognito  a match made in heaven!

Visible Image Flower INKognito stamp

For the back between the hinges I used the Fleur de lys from the FAB
Revolution Set £14.99 for 8 awesome stamps!

For all the corners and sides of the box I used the grungy part of the 'rearing horse' also from the Revolution Set

To finish I used some copper flat backed gems for the middle of the flowers.
I added cast bronze guilding wax as a final touch.
Voila.......LOVE IT and it now houses some of my every day jewellery.....eventually I'd like to line the inside to properly finish it off.

I hope you like it and to see the rest of the design teams creations and to enter then
You can win £20 of stamps of your choice :)
You can also enter directly through our Facebook group HERE, just mention its for the challenge and don't forget its your FAVOURITE STAMPS :D
