'Snowman Jack' at Visible Image

Hello everyone.....I hope we are all winning with Christmas and are almost there shopping wise.....
have your cards all made....I'm buying this year, just dont have the time to make any :(
But i've found some very cute dog ones for guide dogs for the blind :)

Firstly I will kick off with a DT call for Visible Image......we are an already established AWESOME team with AWESOME bosses Mark & Helen......it's a dream DT with the most FANTASTIC STAMPS......take a look at Visible Image..... and come on over, if you stamp well and can colour images, blog in detail then walk this way......Design Team Call.....you could be our NEW 2014 teamie :)

For my creation this week i've used the very cute Snowman Jack.....I heat embossed him in Copper Pearl, I love the finish you get with the pearl powders.
Then I coloured him in with distress inks, fancy cut and added some bling and decoupaged his scarf.
For the background I cut out some white card to measure for the snow and distressed the edges with vintage photo DI. For the sky I used kraft card and heat embossed the speckled background in copper pearl and bright white, then used a snowflake from the enchanting snowflakes.
Distressed Jack and the Kraft tag with vintage photo DI and mounted onto green card.

Used my crop-a- dile and put the eyelet in the centre of the snowflake heat embossed in bright white.
Added some tinsel and berries and lastly rope at the bottom threaded through bronze eyelets.

I hope you've entered our Christmas Challenge where you have a chance of winning £30 in FAB stamps and our facebook group needs you too......come join us guys :D

Thanks for dropping in and same time next week
Much Love

'Thanks so much' with Visible Image

 Hey peoples :)
How you all doing?
Soozie Tooseday's here again.......

I wanted BRIGHT for this beautiful 'Thanks so much' verse that says it all :) written by Helen (aka Madge) from Visible Image and I think I acclompished that! :D

On 3 pieces of different sized white neenah card I randomly inked using my blending tool in aged mahogany, spiced marmalade and wild honey DI, spritzed with my mister and flicked water droplets on.
When completely dry I stamped the 'Thanks so much' in aged mahogany on the smallest piece.
On the other 2 pieces I masked and and stamped words from the verse.
Lastly using the 'Retro dots background' for the borders again in aged mahogany.
Matted and layered in burgundy and black card, attaching layers with dimensional pads.
A simple but striking card using 2 stamps and 3 inks!

Thanks so much £3.99

and

Retro dots background £6

2 fantastic stamps at excellent prices, quality thick, deeply etched polymer, that you'll want more and more of once you stamped with and seen the many different designs for ALL tastes...... view the gallery for extra inspiration here.
