Helloooooooooooo........Today's blog makes me 'VEY' happy :D

It's my 'Mother's Day'  blog

WHOOP WHOOP!
Its only my FAVOURITE's ...............VISIBLE IMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!

How cool is this, for those who may know me and my creations I am addicted to their stamps.....they're current, they have a huge range, something for all tastes, value for money......I could go on and on but you really need to check them out , you WILL NOT be disappointed!
The stamps are Quality with a hooooooge 'Q'  and Service is second to none, they're lovely people and Mark's stamps are fast becoming more and more popular and Helen is just an amazing business woman, whilst keeping her feet firmly on the ground, she'd give Lord Sugar a run for his money!
They're the PRINGLES of the stamp world....and once you start you really just can't STOP!
Their Facebook group is fab, it really inspires you and makes you NEED the stamps because of all the members different creations...... and the banter makes you smile too :o) .......anyway I best get on ;o)

                                                                       
For my Creation I have used the Large Rose, Zebra background and Happy Mother's Day sentiment ( from the 'More than words' range which are all interchangeable, genius idea all from VISIBLE IMAGE :D
For all the stamps I heat embossed with silver pearl all onto black card stock, layering onto silver mirror card and black again, the silver and yellow petals are from the floral flourishes die, the yellow and cream roses and pearl stamens are from Wild Orchid and cream lace from my stash. to finish off with a few adhesive gems from papermania.

Good afternoon ......I've been waiting to blog all day but my internet's been down :(.......I'm kind of lost without it!
Anyway that's another story, it's back on 'for now' YEY! :D
Another quick blog with another card I've created with my new Zebra background stamp for the amazing Visible Image.

I love the red with the black, it just pops out at you but maybe i'm biased, I am a little bit hooked on black and white with red!
The gorgeous grungy girl is Molly :D, she's my favourite character stamp from ???....Yes Visible Image's
haha.....i'm kinda hooked on their stamps if you hadn't already noticed!
The card speaks for itself really, simple to make, the trickiest bit is lining up the zebra stamp but a little practice makes perfect :o)
Oooh the 'With Love' sentiment bet you can't guess where that's from lol....yeah you're right! ;D

'One Heart'

Good afternoon :D
Just a quick blog today.....thought i'd show you my 'funky' new Zebra stamp from Visible Images
I just LOVE it, soooooo many things you can do with it, its just ACE!
The digi Image is a freebie I acquired from Whimsy Stamps LLC isn't she just adorable, I fell in love with her immediately, what a great freebie, I can see me using her lots
The 'someone special' sentiment is again from the AMAZING 'More than words' at VISIBLE IMAGES.....I just love these guys, their stamps are FAB, as are they, check them out, you will be amazed believe me!

Simple card to make but the effect I 'tried' to achieve on her top was 'tie die' with promarkers.

'Sexy Cupid'

Firstly I'd like to say Happy Valentine's Day everybody.
I hope you all have a lovely day whatever you are doing.


My Valentine's day blog is..... 'Drum Roll'..... Thee one, Thee only....... 'Kenny K' <<LOUD CHEERING>>
I just LOVE this guy....his talent, his mind, his edginess and the risqué factor.....the guy's a genius.....his designs cater for a wide range from young to old, something for everybody :-)
I defy you to not find something you like for somebody you know, it's an impossible feat!

This beauty is available from 'Sexy Cupid' Kenny K

I began by colouring in this sassy lady using Tim Holtz distress inks & promarkers,

finishing off with some 'glamour dust' on her wings. I then hand cut out this fabulous image.

Matted and layered the background using papers from 'J'adore first edition' ( beautiful patterns) and red mirror card, final layer on to black card stock before mounting onto a white (21cm x 15cm) card

The dies I used were the sissix heart scallop with roses, sissix flourish and Joycrafts floral flourish in black card stock & red mirror card with additional red pearl embellishments.

The Silver chain and charms are from my personal much loved 'Treasure Chest', the roses and pearl stamens purchased from Wild Orchid Crafts & a red feather from my stash.

The scroll I hand drew & cut out, shading with black soot DI and stamped in red metallic wow embossing powder using the word 'Love' from the fab Visible Images  

I absolutely loved making this card it combines a few of my favorite things.....Kenny K's image, red, black & white colour combinations and my stash of silver and Love :D

'Valentine's Rose'

Hi everybody, I hope you're all fine and well today.

I thought i'd have another practice blog to get ready for Sincerely Yours Creations blog which kicks off on Valentines day, not long to wait at all :D there's also an open group on facebook , so if you're already not a member then please come and join us, we're all a very friendly bunch :-)

Ok todays blog is an idea I got from Craft stampers March Issue to do a 'split negative image', they used a silhouette stamp but I didn't have one so thought i'd play with the large rose from the Immortal love stamp set at Visible Image, this is one of my many favourites but all their stamps are fab....i'm a little bit addicted to them! I really am very pleased with the outcome!

The sentiment used is the 'I Love You' sentiment from More than Words, set 14 also Visible Image...these are amazing sentiments and give you a clean crisp image every time and the beauty being is you can pick which greetings you want, avoiding buying pre-packaged sets that you'd never use half of, you can mix and match! Genius Idea!

 I used 2 small pieces of cardstock, black and white, firstly covering the image with versamark then stamped onto the black card and embossed in wow sparkling snow glitter From wow and repeated this step onto white card with Heat it up - black sparkle.
'Carefully' cutting each image in half and  piece together, then matted on black and white cardstock and red mirror card and VOILA!
Looks rather fab i think!
I used the sparkling snow on black card for the 'I love you' sentiment.
